Expanding into Europe

We hope your 2022 is off to a great creative start!

Over the past two months, we've been busy rolling out our new branding and setting up shop in Europe, with exciting opportunities for creators from all over the world.

At YG we don't stop at crowdfunding, even after a project is successfully launched and shipped, we continue to help creators sell online. Scenestek, the world's first WiFi HaLow-enabled camera is one of the creators that has worked with us from Kickstarter all the way through to Shopify, and now they're amongst the first to use our brand new Amsterdam warehouse for local eCommerce.

We're proud to announce our brand new partnership with Bol.com, the leading eCommerce platform in the Netherlands and Belgium where we'll offer YG creators end-to-end listing, fulfillment and customer support.

Local platforms like Bol.com have the benefit of extremely low competition, high traffic and favorable rates. Contrary to Amazon, only local businesses with native language customer support can sell on Bol.com, creating a blue ocean of opportunities for global vendors to start selling through YG's local license. YG purchases your goods wholesale and manages everything from there, so you don't have to spend anything on ads, management or creatives. Just ship your inventory to our new 400m2 Amsterdam warehouse where we'll handle everything from creative production to shipping and returns, plus friendly customer support to help customers get the most out of your product.

Amsterdam wasn't just chosen for its charming canals and design community, we've settled on our third expansion after Hong Kong and Shanghai because of the excellent freight routes to the largest port of Europe, just an hour away from our facility.

You might wonder what's inside those color-coordinated yellow cubes, well, we've doubled down on our media production facilities as well, with a brand new recording studio and edit suite. You'll soon be able to check out our first production, the YG Crowdfunding Essentials course coming to Udemy.
