What makes creators succeed?
We often get asked what kind of creator succeeds and which ones fail. Over the course of having advised hundreds of creators we boiled it down to the following character traits, which seem very promising whenever we meet someone new:
- Being passionate about your work: if you're not passionate about what you're doing, it's going to be very difficult to succeed.
- Being able to take risks: successful entrepreneurs are often willing to take risks that others wouldn't. This can lead to greater rewards, but also greater failures.
- Having a strong work ethic: you need to be willing to put in the hard work if you want to be a successful entrepreneur.
- Being able to adapt: the ability to change and adapt to new situations is crucial for any entrepreneur.
- Being resilient: even when things are going wrong, successful entrepreneurs don't give up. They find a way to keep going and eventually achieve their goals.
Do you recognise yourself in one of these attitudes?
